Credit card guarantee

Hotel 't Vosje requires credit card details in order to be able to guarantee your reservation. The credit card that you use must belong to you personally or you must be legally authorized to use it by the owner. Your credit card information is sent directly to Hotel 't Vosje. If you make a reservation, you are automatically entering into an agreement with the Hotel 't Vosje. We will not deduct a payment from your credit card, because you can pay for your stay when you check into the hotel. However, this does not apply to a non-refundable reservation. For this type of reservation, immediately after you make the reservation the payment is deducted from your credit card. It is not possible to make date changes or other changes on a non refundable reservation. The rates mentioned on this website are always per room per night, including breakfast and VAT, and excluding a 7 % plus € 5,00 per person per night city tax, unless otherwise stated. You can be assured that we take our responsibility very seriously with regard to your credit card information. We use the industry standard ‘Secure Socket Layer (SSL)’ technology in order to code your credit card details. This means that we can guarantee that every transaction carried out is 100% secure and, in the case of misuse on the part of Hotel 't Vosje we will refund the first € 50. The credit card company is obliged to refund the remaining sum.

 

Cancellation

Please follow the instructions in the ‘Cancel’ menu of this website if you have to cancel your stay for a booked room with a flexible rate. Please note: this cancellation policy does not apply in case you booked a room with a non refundable rate. It is not possible to make date changes or other changes on a non refundable reservation. Furthermore, there will be no refunds in case of a pandemic, natural disaster, family circumstances or disease. If you cancel within the period in the hotel’s cancellation policy, the cancellation will be free of charge. We would advise you to read through the hotel’s cancellation policy carefully: Cancellation policy: it is possible to cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the day of arrival. Please note that the ‘day of arrival’ begins at 0:00 hours local time. In the case of a No Show or late cancellation, you will be charged for the entire stay. The hotel will retain your room reservation up to 7:00 hours on the day after your planned arrival.
